Fewer Followers, More Freedom

Fewer Followers, More Freedom

I like most people chase big numbers on LinkedIn. More followers, more reach, more validation.

But here’s the flip side: fewer followers = fewer eyes watching = less pressure to be perfect.

I can test ideas.
I can write without overthinking.
I can make mistakes without fear of judgment.

There’s no expectation to “perform.” Just pure, frictionless creation.

And that’s how I’m actually getting better.

Your audience grows after you sharpen your voice—not before.

Fewer followers aren’t a weakness.
They’re an advantage.

I would rather start small and experiment freely, rather than go big and feel stuck.

Gary Vaynerchuk once said talking to a rich kid, its hard to come out of the mess(being poor, low followers) but its even harder to get into the mess(leaving money to experience poverty and low follower count).

This will take time to sink.
