A Lesson My Father🎈Taught Me About Failure That I’ll Never Forget

At age 14, I learned a lesson that wasn't about Failing.

It's ok to FAIL, nothing new right?

I failed in 8th grade, not only did the school give me a second chance to redo the failed exams, and yet again I failed. Even Iron Man was scared to fight Thanos twice.

This meant that I had to repeat one year again. I was tensed 😰 to meet my father. I had failed one year of all the tuition he had paid for my schooling. I finally came face to face with him🤺 and I said sorry.

He told me "So what if you failed, it's fine. You'll pass the next time"

Ouch, this hurts even more, this person i.e. Dad is so cool that he doesn't even feel that I wasted his money.

The next exams came and I was shivering, sweating, sh*tting🍦and He told me

“what's the worse that will happen, you'll fail, it's ok, but don't be afraid.”

The lesson isn't that it's okay to fail, but it's not to fear failure. Failure is nothing and doesn't have any power over you, it doesn't even exist. But fear does have power over You.
