Welsh believes that limitations can drive creativity and productivity:
βConstraints force us to think and maneuver creatively within particular limitations. And when forced, weβre much more likely to make decisions, focus, and produce better resultsβall more efficiently.β
We all have jobs which create a time and a money constraint, without them, we will be thinking things into the abyss. Donβt believe me, Imagine yourself at teenage, thatβs what most of us do.

Welsh advises that taking action, even imperfectly, is crucial for progress:
βIβve never learned more about business than when I just started. At some point you need to stop reading about it and throw your hat in the ring. Thatβs where the real learning happens.β
Reading about swimming cannot teach you anything about what swimming is, swim and then read about it.

He advocates for building a side hustle that aligns with personal values and desired lifestyle:
βI donβt want to βscale upβ or βgo big.β I want to actually go smaller. Work less, make the same, and continue to design my life with intention.β
Who wants to be busy all the time. There are times that you work hard, but there are times that you want to rest as well.
A job wonβt let you rest. But a life that you create for yourself on the side will. Follow Me, Suleiman Mir as I build mine right here.
