Here are The 15 pieces of advices that I live by:

1. You don’t need more motivation. You need more discipline. You need to become the man who keeps showing up when no one’s clapping.
2. Don’t chase women. Build a life that makes her question why she ever settled for less.
3. If you can’t sit in silence without reaching for your phone, you’re not in control — your impulses are.
4. Strength isn’t loud. It’s quiet restraint. It’s walking away when your ego wants revenge.
5. Most men are experiencing burnout, not because they work hard — but because they’ve been running from themselves for too long without working on themselves.
6. Your childhood isn’t your fault. But healing is your responsibility. Break the cycle or repeat it.
7. The world respects action, not intentions. No one cares about your potential — only what you do with it.
8. Your habits shape your fate. You are what you tolerate every day.
9. Not every battle is worth fighting. But the one against your weaker self? That one’s daily.
10. Stop waiting to feel ready. Readiness is a luxury. Show up dirty, broken, uncertain — just show up.
